Orders can only be placed within the United States.
All purchases must be paid in advance using Visa, MasterCard, or Discover credit or debit cards. At this time we do not accept American Express, PayPal, Venmo, cash, checks, or money orders.
All online transactions are processed using 128-bit SSL encryption to protect your payment and personal information. All prices listed on our website are displayed in U.S. Dollars (USD).
All orders are subject to review and approval by gunbuyernear.me. Prices may change at any time without prior notice, and orders will be processed according to the price listed at the time of purchase.
Most orders are shipped within 48 business hours after the order has been placed and we have received the required Federal Firearms License (FFL) from the selected dealer.
Shipping fees are calculated separately for each order and cannot be combined.
All packages require an adult signature upon delivery.
Firearms will only be shipped to the FFL dealer selected during checkout, and the shipping address must match the address listed on the FFL license.
We reserve the right to choose the shipping carrier. Our goal is to use the most reliable and economical shipping method available. Typically:

Handguns ship via FedEx Express
Shipping charges will be prepaid and added to the invoice unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Federal law requires that all firearms be shipped to a licensed FFL dealer. The buyer is responsible for any transfer or service fees charged by the dealer at the time of pickup.
Before shipment can occur, we must receive a valid copy of your dealer’s FFL license. Buyers should contact their dealer and request that the license be emailed to us.
Certain firearms may be restricted in some states or local jurisdictions. It is the buyer’s responsibility to understand their local laws before placing an order. If a firearm cannot legally be transferred and is returned to us, a refund will be issued minus shipping costs and a 25% restocking fee.
If a firearm is returned because the dealer location was closed or the package was refused, the buyer will be responsible for the cost of reshipping the firearm.
Returns must be requested within 14 days of the delivery date.
Customers must contact us before returning any product. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Once a firearm has been inspected and transferred from the receiving dealer, the transaction is considered final and non-returnable.
If an item arrives damaged, destroyed, or incorrect, the buyer must notify gunbuyernear.me within 3 days of delivery. We will provide a return shipping label to the dealer. After the item is received and inspected, we will issue either:
a full refund, or
a replacement product
If a buyer is denied during the required background check (Form 4473), the firearm will be returned to us. After inspection, a refund will be issued minus shipping charges and a 25% restocking fee. Transfer fees paid to the receiving dealer are non-refundable.
If an order is cancelled before shipping, a 15% restocking fee (minimum $25) will apply. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
Used firearms listed on our website are not test fired. Each firearm is visually inspected and manually function-checked.
All pre-owned firearms and used items are sold “as-is” without warranty unless otherwise stated.
Buyers are strongly encouraged to have any used firearm inspected by a qualified and licensed gunsmith before use.
Some used firearms may not include original manuals, packaging, or accessories.
All new firearms come with the manufacturer’s factory warranty.
Any warranty claims or service requests should be handled directly with the firearm manufacturer.
Whenever possible, the images shown on our website represent the actual product being sold, unless clearly stated otherwise.
We make every effort to provide accurate product descriptions and pricing. If an error occurs, gunbuyernear.me reserves the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.
Used firearms will only include items shown in photos or specifically listed in the product description. If accessories such as magazines or boxes are not shown or mentioned, they should not be assumed to be included.
